The booking & payment process is done easily & securely online. A 30% retainer is due at the time you reserve your date with the remaining balance due one month prior to your wedding day. NYS Sales tax will be charged to albums, USB drives & print purchases.

What to Expect

Planning your wedding can be so overwhelming! Below you’ll see some information about what you can expect when hiring Silent Moment Photography!

Before Your Wedding Day

I love meeting with my couples to chat before the big day but also understand that most of them live out of state… so we’ll skype or chat over the phone as frequently as needed! I believe that communication is essential to having a smooth and stress free experience on your wedding day!

Once you reserve your date, you’ll receive a couple of simple questionnaires. With that information, you and I will be able to build a timeline that will allow me to realistically capture everything that you’d like photographed during your special day.

I’m available at any point to answer any questions you might have regarding your timeline or any other wedding photography details.

On Your Wedding Day

I will photograph your day in a friendly, professional & documentary style... I won’t be in your face, shouting, interrupting natural moments or posing you in any uncomfortable ways.

When it’s time for portraits and formal photos, I will be efficient, as vocal as needed... and be sure to get the job done all while making your family & wedding party feel comfortable and have a great time.

You can go into your day confident that your photographer will be friendly and professional and of course capture all of the special moments that make your wedding day one of a kind!

After Your Wedding Day

Time flies! The big day has come and gone... now what?

First, you’ll receive 25 sneak peek photos within a week after your big day. You’ll be able to share them with your excited friends and family who are continually asking to see your wedding photos! Shortly after that, you’ll receive your beautiful, edited, high resolution photos (normally between 700-1000) in an online gallery.

With your gallery you’ll have the ability to: download the images, share the gallery with family and friends, make favorites lists, order albums & prints.

As always I will be available to answer any questions you have, even after the big day has come to an end!
